Has anybody seen the reality TV show "Starting Over"? It's on weekdays at 12:00 noon EST. It's about 6 or 8 women who want to restart their lives. They either just lost a loved one, have recovered from a serious illness, or have a certain personality trait that they would like to change. There are two life coaches who give them exercises to do (sometimes the exercises are a bit ridiculous IMHO), and a shrink who help them to reach the goals in life that they are trying to accomplish. This show was created by the same people who created "The Real World", and it has tons of drama on it.

not to get sentimental and bring people down, but pedro is a saint to me. he is the reason it was very easy for me to handle my poz status so well, and i would bet money that that is true for most poz people my age or younger. he was a beacon of light, a model of grace and stability in the face of immense fear that comes with this disease.

god rest his soul, he blazed a fantastic path for many of us.

i remember the day he died, and how hard i and the other people i went to high school with who watched that season cried.

Speaking of The Real World episodes that make you cry, did anybody see last season's episode of the Real World when Danny's mother died? OMG, every time I see that episode, I cry like a baby! It was sooooo unbelievably sad!!

the only book i read about pedro was the graphic novel judd and pam did about him, which was wonderful.

Heather B. is my favorite cast member from any reality series ever. It seemed she looked at the opportunity as a learning experience and changed others' opinions and attitudes in doing so. And she was just funny as hell.

It was more interesting when they had people that weren't so... "moldable"... predictable... impressed w/ themselves... LOL...

One reality show I used to love was "Breaking Bonaduce" (with Danny Bonaduce and his family). That show was so raw and so real, unlike some of these "reality shows" that are on now.

Yeah, Puck was an ass, but I hated Jud more. That dude is permanently in the friend zone.
