sidenote, thankfully, a friend advised me NOT to leave cash (since the woman said a check wasnt "good" enough ) so... i had a cashiers check made out in her name from the bank at about 5:30 this afternoon, i have the reciept that says her name printed on it from the bank....


thats it ! im done !!!! she can TAKE me to small claims court over this 38 dollar braclet. she'll be lucky if i dont countersue for harrassment !!!!! she is on my phone as calling me 7 times in one damn day

You might not want to call them names, but I have no such qualms.

They can come at you all they want, technically you have to wait 30 days before the USPS will consider something lost. As long as they cannot prove you did not mail the jewelery, it's a drag, but you have the right to pursue things through the USPS to see what happened to the order you mailed.

Well Baically you have entered into a verbal contract, still binding just not on paper as a writen contract is. You still have an obligation to fullfill and send her the second braclet. Its good customer service to. Now if she wants her money back she also has the obligation to return the items she no longer wants, in order to get her refund. But if she is really this unhappy with the results, I would suggest just eating the cost of it and sending her money back. Again this is good customer service. She may be an unhappy customer, so you have to do what she wants to make her happy, and if it means eating the cost of something so be it. I don't really think you want the better business burea staring at ya.
