Been wearing glasses since I was 12.

I would love to wear contacts , but I can't touch my eyes.

I once spent an HOUR at the optometrist trying to get contacts in my eyes, but I just COULDN'T do it!!!

I have the 20/20.

However my wife is blind, maybe that's why she's so in love with me.

I do. My eyesight is not so bad that I need glasses all the time. It's mainly for driving and other things that may be far away. I looked into getting contacts, and the opthamologist said that my eyes weren't bad enough to warrant it.

Umm...yeah, I guess "optometrist" would have been the better word. lol

..although "ophthalmologist" is not too far off and is not restricted to just pediatric patients.

Fauxie

I should wear glasses all the time, except when reading, but I wear them maybe 50% of the time. The bad thing is that I hardly ever wear them when I'm outside the house, so I can't really see people, signs, shop names etc. at all!
