If you love tater tots, then you have to try "latkes". It's a fried potato cake served for Hannakuh. Then when you come to Europe I can get you the German version called "Kartoffelpuffer" which means potato puff. Over here we eat 'em all nice and buttery, and at Christmas time they're served with homemade applesauce, YUM  ! | |
