I made it through the Week!!!! Arrrggghhh!!!!
This, one of the last weeks of the year, was representative of my whole year. Extreme high mixed with extreme low. THE UPS: A boss who very much impeded my ability to do my job effectively and with joy was removed from her position on Tuesday. This week has been hectic at work because hers was a major position, and we had big media goings-on, and holiday preparation. But what a fantastic week with a lot of accomplishment and excitement for the change that is at hand. Outside of work, I had some important conversations that needed to be had. 
THE DOWNS: The same day my boss was fired, one of my aunts passed away. Her rosary is taking place RIGHT NOW in Colorado, and I'm not there. I won't be at her funeral tomorrow, either. And today we learned that the tumor my dad has on his kidney is malignant. One kidney will be removed in January.
