I could usually use one right when I get to work.

I usually don't have the time to take a nap although some days it would be nice. Once in a while I will when camping up north. Just laying there and listening to nature.

i've been napping since i was a lil kid...like...excessive napping...at one point i thought i wasnt getting enough oxygen to my brain....it turns out im lazy.

I remember that in preschool, we had a nap period after lunch, and I could never fall asleep. However, by the time I got to high school, I probably could have used one.

When I nap, I nap hard.

I don't usually nap but i did yesterday. Was supposed to go out- didnt end up leaving the house! I was a goner

My girlfriend says that she loves my nappy ass.

I have been known to sleep for atleast 2 days straight...and even if someone trys to wake me up I am dead to the world....

apparently to feel refreshed you should sleep no more than 20 minutes or no less than 4 hours, to do with sleep cycles - you should not get into deep sleep unless you complete the whole cycle (or something like that). Ideally humans should sleep 2 lots of 4 hours instead of one lot of 8. Proof we are not from this planet - as here every day we have to reset our circadian rythm by getting up same time every day (otherwise we sleep later each day naturally - a sign we were made for another planets DAY! )

During one of the many chats with my kindergarten teacher, she told my mother something like, "Your son appears to be very social. It seems every time, during naps, he winds up sleeping on someone else's mat."

I guess I liked spooning at an eary age...

My energy level always drops around five p.m. and I feel like having a quick nap, so when I worked full-time I always left my room looking like a zombie. Then I feel better again, and around two a.m. I usually have my most creative time of day.
