Yeah, there's a lot more than just nekkid chicks. (I personally think there isn't enough nudity. razz ) The Gary tape is on there, Artie really drunk, a lot of guest interviews like Courtney Love, etc. Definitely less than 50% of the episodes there are about women getting naked.

I might have to check it out then hmmm smile

I just checked my Howard on Demand channel to make sure and there's only 50-60 episodes on there. It always seemed like a lot more. In April is when they will start adding shows from Sirius. That might be also when the price goes up from $10 a month to $14.

I got my Sirius radio recently. Not just for Howard, but I'm tired of the lame ass FM crap. There are no good stations on there and I'm tired of commercials.

On another note, I think the PC left was just as damaging to Stern as the religious right. They certainly didn't give him an easy time over the years either.

Uh...they didn't try to take him off the air like the right did. They bitched and complained. The real hit Howard took was when Clear Channel claimed to drop him for content (content that was over a year and a half old when they did this) but it was surprisingly two days after he started letting Bush have it and endoresed Kerry. I remember this very well and I don't think many people aknowledge that...

Howard was making it seem as if Bush personally ordered the fines.

I'm sure Bush couldn't have given less of a shit about him.

I don't think Howard seriously suggested that but Clear Channel is very conservative and supports Bush and vice versa....it was unspoken that he was taken off the air for his anti-Bush comments.

But that has nothing to do with Bush himself.

He never provided proof that Bush was the cause of his problems. He just slandered him and ended up pissing off a lot of fans.

If you're that much of a Bush apologist, Howard doesn't need you. He never said or thought that Bush was directly involved...his ego isn't that big. However, it's very clear that Clear Channel, a massive Bush supporter that is run by Bush's best friend, wasn't going to keep him on the air while he was campgaining (BTW, not very actively, unfornately) for Kerry.

I heard tons of anti-Bush stuff from Howard and Robin. They bashed him daily for quite a while and they sucked Michel Moore's cock like it had Cool-Aid in it.

They made it very clear that they hated Bush and they wanted Kerry in office, even though he was very much "anti-obscenity and pro-censorship.

I think he honestly believed Bush was personally out to get him and others like him. I never had a problem with him blaming the FCC and Clear Channel, cuz I think they suck as well, but he put way too much blame on Bush and the Christian right as a whole.

Sigh..Bush does no wrong. He doesn't think that Bush was out to get him but the far right was and Bush is part of that. I'm sorry but he had little to no interest in supporting Bush. Yes, Kerry didn't come out against cenosorship which is why he didn't support him very much, IMHO. As for sticking up for Michael Moore, I guess you weren't complaining when he was sucking Debbie Shitshell's dick. Howard doesn't need people like you, so good ridance...although Sirius has to right stations and only one left, so you might feel at home.

I give a lot of support to Howard. I even have a "Save Stern" T-shirt.

And it's not that Bush can do no wrong, but in this case, he wasn't the bad guy. Howard gets into these rants against people who he feels have somehow gone after him. If he feels someone has done him wrong, he'll bite hard and won't let go. That's just how he is.

The fact is, the FCC has been on his ass, even with a democrat in the White House.

I disagree with you. I think you're a bush supporter so you only heard what you'll allow yourself to hear. Yes howard targeted bush, but you can not deny that he targeted the religious right and clear channel as well as tom and many others....he did not just bash bush. I think he bashes bush for more than just the censoring thing.... He bashes him for all the filthy things that man does....like lie to us about reasons for war, giving jobs to his unqualified friends, and on and on. BUSH sux for many reasons and Thank God for Howard for speaking his mind.

The Christian right has been on Howard's ass since Day One and it will always be in the best interests of someone like Stern to have a Democrat in the White House (unless it's Joe Lieberman, that is).

The truth of the matter is the government went apeshit after Boobgate and that's what led to this New Puritanism.

I think that won't happen until April. At least that's what it says on the In Demand channel. I don't know why there is such a long wait.

Totally... as soon as Monica's dress was displayed... the religious right went apeshit and Howard was caught in that crossfire - then Janet's wardrobe malfunction got them all fired up again. Howard's being cencored today for the same stuff he was "allowed" to do 10 years ago... it makes no sense that it was OK then and not OK now.

F the FCC. mad
