I was watching Shakira on SNL and I just figured she probably uses some of those moves for other activities. For instance :Yoga, you can do more positions, so wouldn't belly dancing sort of make you better at riding??? And you could prob arch your back better.

I am not talking about obesity here.

It does make sense to have some type of belly, even Shakira had a little extra meat and it was still very sexy.
