I dont want everyone to cry ... or sob ... this is NOT a sad post ...

but i can NOT bring myself to getting over 1,000 posts like some other ORG LOSERS I WILL NOT MENTION ... (of course i am kidding about saying the term "loser" ... )

so i am moving on ..... sunny skies ..... to where the alcohol flows freely ... and the women we can share ...

to many of ya i have chatted with ... had great conversations - dont fret i will no doubt be back ... in some other form .... its just that the MisterMan38 is no longer 38.... gettin grey .... and hell - that damn album/name thing was 2 years OLD !!!! gettin over it !!!

to any that i have offended .... i am truly sorry ... ( dont think there are "many of you " ... )

this XMAS is one of the saddest i can remember .... about a month ago - a 38 yr old local family friend fell over ... his parents buried him and he left behind 2 young boys and a wife ....

last weekend .... my cousin was killed ... she was hit head on in an accident (other driver was at fault) - she was 45 and killed almost instantly ...her funeral was terribly tragic event(another example of seeing my uncle and aunt bury their child)--- but it was as positive a funeral i have ever seen ... laced with fond memories - of a gal who had overcome life struggles - and found happiness with her 2nd husband, successful work career and religious faith... the night of the viewing- her husband called the girl who drove the other truck/SUV and told her he didnt hold her "responsible " - accidents happen - and as far as he was concerned he hoped she felt "forgiven" ....

today - i recieved an "update" from an old pal who i used to work with ... she is married and had a 2 yr old with cancer .... she "updates" her "patient care pages " --- and has been through a roller coaster with the 2 yr old ... as a parent --- i cannot imagine .... I admit in the past month - when i get these emails and i am busy --- i cannot even open them they are so sad and really make you think about how "good" your life is .... well - she and her husband were just told that their really is "nothing more that can be done " ...


I say all of this - not for any type of sympathy - but to remember the true meaning of the holidays --- to reflect on some great things in your life ... the good things ... relationships .... family ....

remember to live every day - and be thankful for what little you may or may not have ... make a difference in someone's life ...
