MY CHEST HURTZ!!! I was doing yoga yesterday and i was in a position where i had to press my shoulderz down to the floor while raising my pelvis and placing a block between my lumber spine and the floor. ANywayz i could feel myself doing it wrong- but for some reason i couldnt correct it while doing it 
Result- CHEST KILLING!! Feelz like a freaking heart attack coming on!! 
Must fly...hope y'all are well  No hablo espanol,no! 
Pero hablo ingles..ssii muy muy bien...
