Graphic Artists.. photograph program question

is there any good programs that have pre installed filters/features (besides photoshop) that are designed to make the pictures look old.


I'm lookin for something that has some neat effects to it.

Paint Shop Pro is a relitivly sturdy and inexpensive program, it also have a very easy learning curve.
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.
