non material giving Tis the season 
we rush out and buy material things to give to those we care for ... just what if ... what if there wasnt a persent to buy or to make to give what would you give ( gift ) to someone would you give love would you give faith or trust comapssion ... what could you give that isnt material ?  | |

I would give love and compassion.
The whole "material" thing really makes me not like Christmas. I prefer Thanksgiving and not for the whole historical part of it but because my family just gets together and has a great time. I do not celebrate Christmas with gifts.

its' funny... you can ask my kids for weeks what they want ... and they never ask for anything .... they have been that way since they were small maybe it has to do with giving "gifts" all yr long it's nice that they arnt greedy ... | |
