For some reason I don't buy Brad Pitt as character in this, he just seemed like Pitt trying to act funny and crazy. Angeline is a bit better but, her "smoldering" poses and expressions made me cringe.

With Brad and Angelina I expected a whole lot of sexiness and instead got just a bunch of random shoot-em-ups and a lot of one-liners punctuated by tame-ass explosions. I don't mind that the story was incoherent, I really don't. But give me some sexiness in exchange. Brad AND Angelina. I mean c'mon. This was the movie that drove Brad and Jen apart. I can't for the life of me imagine why...unless Jen saw an advace screening and realized what abore she was married to. 1 1/2 * So, lemme get this straight... You thought Mr. & Mrs. Smith would be a good movie and you were disappointed that Brad didn't bring the hotness?  | |

This was a moment of the big hollywood paradox: the actor is so famous and well known for so many years that they cannot successfully make you believe they are the character or feel the fiction.
