I just got a call from my wife. She was driving into town just an hour ago to pick up our son, going to go across the overpass to get there, and some guy coming off the highway ramp to her left didn't even bother to fucking stop and pulled out in front of her. She's okay except for bruises to her head and left shoulder. The other guy was okay. Our vehicle will most likely be considered totalled once the insurance company takes a look at it. To top it all off, the dumbass didn't have any insurance on his vehicle. Then he tried to give all these false excuses to the cops that were at the scene.

I'm glad she's okay, but the other guy better have some fucking money because I want to sue his ass for damages.

Stupid selfish people in a hurry, just do not THINK about other motorists, especially with kids in the car. That makes me so angry.

doesn't matter how well or carefully you drive, you can always be hit out of the blue by someone selfish and irresponsible.

I don't know if ever there actually was a time when just being a good driver was enough. However my idea of a good driver is to be a good driver plus expecting every second the worst driving from everyone else. Not so true as when I moved here to phoenix. There are so many asshole drivers here it is the norm. I took one look and realized it was time to lease a volvo.

yes, your's are okay. This will pass. I know you might not care to think about it right now, but what about that poor stupid fucking driver? He was driving like a jack ass, but it was because of his placement in life. He has nothing, and if he has a love or a wife or kids, his poverty makes it sure to be a crapy holiday season. And his season just got worst by far. For that crapmobile he was driving and couldn't aforid insurance on is now crap. Leaving him without a ride. No money, no life. Poor bastard.
