i dunno,. i used to be a huge fan but then the plots got all ....kind of soap opera. recently i've lost track of the plot ....

The plots are always basically the same,Clark and Lana want to be together but are too busy taking turns getting possessed or being under the influence of Kryptonite.

Seriously, the show for the most part has gotten better with each season.This season already featured their versions of Aquaman and Brainiac from the comics.The former character is said to be getting a show of his own and the later character tries to turn Clark against humans in order to bring a certain evil character(also from the comics) to earth.

After temperarily losing them, Jor-El gave Clark his powers back but for a price. Somebody close to Clark will soon die. Cloe seems way too obvious a choice to me. We'll see. Also, Lex is running for office and has recently shown that he has romantic feelings for Lana.

hmm. thanks for the update sitruk7. it does sound like i've been missing out by not keeping up with the show. overall i do love smallville. but recently for some reason i've been busy doing something else on thursday eves. at 7

i always liked the superman epic because it's so remarkably similar to jesus' story.

maybe the person who has to die will be clark himself? is coming back to life one of clark's superpowers?

after so thought, I'll say Johnaton Kent will die. In some of the Superman older continuties he dies before Clark becomes Superman.

I wouldn't be surprised if they bring back Pete for an episode just to kill him off...
