That's why they're called movies... Real life gets you sent to the emergency room. Movies gets you sent into the arms of an astrophysicist who looks like a supermodel and is turned on by the fact that you're sweaty and bleeing on her couch...

I get annoyed in the movies when the hero's face is all cut up and grease/soot/dirt caked and bleeding all over the place, and the heroine, acts all oblivious and pashes him full on the face

The thing I hate the most is how out of work people in the movies live in huge spacious homes with character and crown molding I can't afford making the good money I make now.

Another thing...why the HELL are mopey guys who follow women around that they barely know, constantly send her flowers and leave voicemail messages, and lurk longingly outside her bedroom window at night portrayed as romantic??...They're STALKERS, people!!...In real life, these guys get a restraining order slapped on them and a healthy beating by the woman's brothers...in movies, though, they get a gorgeous woman pining longingly over the "mysterious" man as she realizes all the guys who go about getting to know her the normal way must be losers.

I hate in the movies when they break up with their husband/whatever ..
then the next day bump into a sexy guy then they have sex and fall in love within two days ..that does not happen in real life

While actually in a fight the body has the ability to react to pain then when not in a fight. This is one good thing to understand if you should ever find yourself in a fight or being attacked. Psychologically if you take a defence position in your mind, the pain will affect you, but if you take a life or death mental stance, the pain will affect you later after you have survived.

Well, I think I can turn this question around on you. If you have fights for fun or pride, what anger is in you. I am not angry, and that is why I don't fight. I don't pick fights. If at all posable I walk away from a fight regardless of what my Ego thinks. If I walk away from someone trying to pick a fight with me, oh be for sure I have tryed to flee and have been stopped so it is become life or death.

Speaking of fights, my beef with movies, especially the Kung-Fu-Fighting/Martial Arts types, are the fight scenes.

Why is it when 10 guys are fighting 1 guy, 1 of the 10 attacks and the other 9 stand around in a circle and wait for the 1st guy to get his ass kicked before another engages?

right up there. my x-girlfriend her kids would ask "does that really hurt"
i would say "yes it does, when some 1 hits u in your aaa rrr aaaa nuts and
bolts yes it does hurt". i would tell the little girl if a boy ever messes
with u kick him there or get on your knees and take your arm and raise it up.

When I have fought, looking back, most have been from sheer stupidity and machismo posturing. When the fights were over I never once wished or even entertained the thought of dying or wishing death on my counterpart. It just ended and we went on our merry and bloody ways...

The thing I hate is when the hero or heroine has the drop on the villain with a gun or knife and could easily kill the fucker for a worthy cause and yells "freeze! Don't move!" This is always to extend the movie for another hour or so, when it could've been finished at 60-90 minutes.
