I just found out I have a little anemia, so I started taking slow-release iron pills.
I feel 100% better!
Before I felt sluggish.

Years,ago I found out in the worst way I was anemic

i have very low iron, have since i was a young teen ...

iron pills are a part of my life ..and if i forget a few days i can really tell as my energy drops off the charts

I get enough of that ...but not the other!

I take iron pills too. I eat healthy with a lot of variation, I eat meat every day and still without the pills I get anemia.
I noticed it accidentally this time, the other time I had to faint a couple of times before I went to the doctor.

I'm anaemic too ... the doctor keeps increasing my iron pills as he says my red blood cells are still pale and small.

I still feel tired quite a lot but generally if I go at things with a "can do" attitude I can force myself to be more energetic than I feel at times.
