Have you ever played Jedi Academy on X Box Live?

Believe it or not, I've never played ANY of the home games for X Box, Playstation or what-not. I don't have a game system, and I rarely have time. I have spent a fortune playing the Trilogy arcade game at Dave & Busters though!

My little girl has the SW lego game for her game boy. She says it rocks, but I can never get it away from her long enough to play it.

C'mon dude, R2 took on the friggin' EMPIRE! Robocop wouldn't stand a chance!

Yes, adamantium is the metal that covers Wolverine's skeleton.

A lightsaber would probably not cut through it, but (if left on for long enough), it could eventually melt through it. It would take a long-ass time though.

Is the character of Chewbacca based on the ultra-hairy George Michael?

If George and an Ewok were in a fight, how long would it take for the Ewok to kick his ass?

Same question, only this time a Jawa?

Is it not true that, in a scene they cut out from Return of the Jedi, George was trying to get it on with a stormtrooper in the loo?

What is likely to happen first: George Michael to stop releasing terrible melancholy albums or George Lucas leaving his masterpieces the hell alone?

Any answers you could provide would be smashing, mate.

No. He is based on a dog George Lucas had at the time, named Indiana (seriously!)

Geroge would kick ANY of the Ewok's asses. Hopefully, he would then roast them over a pit and use their skins to make a new fur coat. I fucking hate the ewoks.

Same question, only this time a Jawa?

The Jawa would probably just shoot George with that EMP gun of theirs.

Is it not true that, in a scene they cut out from Return of the Jedi, George was trying to get it on with a stormtrooper in the loo?

No, but he was arrested for showing his dick to a stormtrooper in the bathroom of Mos Eisley Spaceport.

Michael will as soon as he reunites with you. He's been rather broody since y'all broke up.

Lucas will continue to tinker with his films from beyond the grave. His ghost will actually continue to edit and insert new pieces into his films until the earth is swallowed by a dying sun.

Aliens and Predator franchise
Will they ever redeem the alien saga after the butchering they did with Alien 3 and there after?

Are there anymore Predator movies in the works? And what did you think of the merging of the two?

The original darkhorse comics of that story were pretty good IMO but the movie just tried to cram too much into an hour and a half.

I still have all those original comics of both aliens, predator and aliens vs predator. Are they worth anything?

STAR WARS
When might we expect to see a difinative starwars collector DVD set? I've been holding out on buying the DVD's for a "all in one" particular set. Also, would I be missing out on anything by doing so?

Any news on that TV series Lucas talked about?

That Clone Wars DVD ... volume one? ... is that not all of them? I haven't bought it because again I am waiting for the DVD set. Before the ROTS, they had like the last 10 episodes on line at starwars.com. They were really short stories! Was that the original character's voices?

Superman
Is the next superman movie going to suck? I don't feel so good about it. That's one character that just has a date on him for me and it was over in the 80s. Batman, got way cool again in this last movie, so who knows.

Indiana Jones
It was rumored a several years back that Lucas would do another Indiana Jones movie if only he, Spielberg and Ford could all do it together again and for Lucas, that wouldn't be until 2006 after he was finished with Star Wars. Is that still a-go?

I want to know what planet Yoda comes from and where are all the others of his kind? I know there was a she-yoda on the Jedi Counsel, but I don't even think she spoke!

I don't see how. Maybe if they can get Ridley Scott back to do another.

Are there anymore Predator movies in the works? And what did you think of the merging of the two?

Believe it or not, there was briefly talk of a REMAKE of the first film. Hopefully, that won't ever happened.

The original darkhorse comics of that story were pretty good IMO but the movie just tried to cram too much into an hour and a half.

The first series was especially kick-ass, and why they didn't just adapt that I will never know. As it was, the movie was an incomprehensible mess. They ignored major chunks of both creature's mythologies, and came up with a really boring story. It should have been a major, bloody fight to the finish, but instead it was a yawn-fest.

I still have all those original comics of both aliens, predator and aliens vs predator. Are they worth anything?

They were going for quite a bit before the movie hit. I'm sure the momentum was killed once people saw the movie.

STAR WARS
When might we expect to see a difinative starwars collector DVD set? I've been holding out on buying the DVD's for a "all in one" particular set. Also, would I be missing out on anything by doing so?

Lucas has basically stated that he isn't doing a six disc box....yet. My theory is that he is waiting until the format war between HDDVD and BluRay is resolved, so that when he does a box set it will be an HD version.

I do know that new scenes are still being developed. On one of the Episode III DVD documentaries, we get to see a brief scene of the CGI Yoda replacing the bad puppet in Episode I.

Are you missing out on anything? Hard to say, as I'm not sure what kind of extras will wind up on a boxed set release. I'm sure some of the documentaries and what-not will be confined to the current releases, but I really cannot say for sure. Personally, I couldn't wait. Yes, I will buy them again when they are released in HD, but I wanted to enjoy the best quality copy available right now.

Any news on that TV series Lucas talked about?

It is still being developed. Word is a live-action show will debut in 2007, along with a new animated series. Both are rumoured to be set between Episodes III and IV

That Clone Wars DVD ... volume one? ... is that not all of them? I haven't bought it because again I am waiting for the DVD set. Before the ROTS, they had like the last 10 episodes on line at starwars.com. They were really short stories! Was that the original character's voices?

Volume I collects the first season, all edited together for a one-hour movie.

Volume II, set for release on DVD on December 5th in the US, collects the second season. It will, likewise, be edited into an hour long movie

Both are fantastic, and I highly recommend snatching them up if you are a fan.

Superman
Is the next superman movie going to suck? I don't feel so good about it. That's one character that just has a date on him for me and it was over in the 80s. Batman, got way cool again in this last movie, so who knows.

"Cautious optimism" is the phrase I would use. I'm a tad bit concerned, but Bryan Singer is directing, so it just may turn out great. Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor is another bonus.

Indiana Jones
It was rumored a several years back that Lucas would do another Indiana Jones movie if only he, Spielberg and Ford could all do it together again and for Lucas, that wouldn't be until 2006 after he was finished with Star Wars. Is that still a-go?

Suppossedly, it is still on. When Lucas, Spielberg and Ford will all get their schedules synched up to actually make the movie is the big mystery at this point. Lucas is said to be collaborating on the script with another writer, and they are on the second draft.

Lucas ain't saying. Many fans speculate that Yoda is a "Whill", mentioned in the early novels and scripts.

The female of Yoda's species is Yaddle. She served on the Jedi Council until shortly before the Clone Wars.

Not a TV movie and not a cartoon as to not be confused with the two series half hour show on the cartoon network that revolved around the clone wars.

Real people acting in a Television show series. Some of these new shows that showcase a lot of CGI arn't too bad.

Jimmy, yes. A TV show that is not a cartoon like we've been given only recently. My guess is that it would be an hour show unlike the half hour cartoon that lucas gave us the last couple of years.

Right now, I only tune in to "Lost" so I guess I'll have to make time for this one too.

Last I heard, no. I don't know much beyond the fact that it will feature Indy and his son. His dad is also rumoured to be a part of it, but no one is sure if Connery will come out of retirement for it.

lol Ummm, yeah! Various rumours have it centering around either a young Boba Fett, or on a Jedi fleeing the forces of the Empire.

Because the shorts would have made him (and Spidey and Flash) look really gay. Now Northstar, HE could pull off the shorts, but being in Canada really makes that impractical.
