I smoke about a pack a day, I have been known 2 not pass on the when it comes around either. But on the bright side, i quit the blow almost 3 years ago now so i guess this is a healthier crutch. I know that some people are strong enough to go thru life without a crutch, but I'm one of those addictive personalities who crave something.  | |

Though I was never a heavy user I did my fair share of experimentation when I was young and when I quit all of that, I used to have nightmares about doing drugs again. I remember many of them quite vividly. They say it's pretty common for people who have quit to have them. Even after 3 years it's so vivid, and it's always the same. I don't dream about the first puffs. I'm already stoned and I think "I'm smoking again, how did that happen?" But I go ahead and smoke some more, I'm a heavy smoker all over again and I'm thinking "this is real this time, not a dream." Then I wake up! I've never dreamed about cigarettes or any other drugs/alcohol. I truly am a stoner. Check this song out at:

...and I don't have any sympathy for smokers. s'ok....i was just echoing the sentiments of sextonseven....who has no sympathy for smokers. its ok that you do not have sympathy as well. obviously not the first time i have heard that...btw...i was being sarcastic. i just wonder the meaning of his/her statement? do they mean that they have no sympathy for smokers as far as now smoking is banned in public buildings (at least thats how it is where i live)? i am perfectly fine with that. i think it is better that way. i don't think other bar patrons should subject themselves to the secondhand smoke. nor, as a smoker, do i like eating a nice meal in a nice restaruant and tasting the smoke in the air. again, i think the ban is a good thing. as long as there is a shelter to smoke under when it rains or snows...i'm fine. or did he/she mean they have no sympathy as far as cancer or other diseases?? thats just uncalled for in that case. i would relate it to having no smpathy for someone killed in a car accident...after all it WAS their choice to get in the car in the first place, right?? oh well...i suppose i don't have the right to debate this anyway, being that i AM a second class citizen, a smoker. you're only as old as you feel..............so how old do i feel
