I cut off all my hair today! (updated with photos!) Literally in half! I had such long hair it was ridiculous, hadn't cut it for 18 months. It is such a relief coming into summer with a lighter head

Ex-Moderator | I'm going to get my hair done today.
I'm going back to bright red (I've been doing a more natural red lately) and I'm getting a lot cut off the back. Probably an inch of length in the front. |

mine was pretty long (see profile pic) and I was not even thinking of cutting it, did it on a whim and I don't regret it (yet). It is still long enough to put in a ponytail if necessary.

My sister had the henna hair for about 5 years, and while she was pregnant decided she was going back to natural mouse blonde (who can keep up coloring your hair every couple of weeks with a baby in the house!) and she went to an "organic" hairdresser who lightened her hair over several visits using a "safe" product. 6 months later and she's got dreds! turns out her hair is THAT damaged it just clumps together I don't reckon anything is safe when you're pregnant! I could be wrong but why risk it!

I haven't changed the color, though I'm thinking on doing some highlights. It's a good haircut, I was worried cause the guy doing it looked really tired and it was first thing in the morning.
