Harry Potter speculation, book seven and new series. Yeah, you read that right; a new series.
At least, that's what I think. The first seven books are supposed to be about Harry Potter's Hogwarth years, but I see storylines that are too big to resolve in just one final book. To me, just one final book is rather too simple, not after have Harry battle Voldemort for six years, only to have him simply axed in a last instalment. Will Harry beat Voldemort in the last book and will that just be the end of it? Will we find out Sirius Black is not really dead? Will we see Viktor Krum forsake Voldemort because of Hermione? Will Ron and Hermione just circle around eachother in book seven too? Or will book seven just be the upbeat to a new series? Imagine; Harry's internship at one of the ministires, or become part of The Order Of The Phoenix full-time? Hermione and Ron move in together? Will Harry's education be ready after just seven years or is there a wizard university we have never heard about yet? I think Joanne Rowling should just take a nice five or ten year break up to give herself (and us, of course) a rest, so we can all can get addicted the The Keys Of The Kingdom by Garth Nix. And then, in a few years time, spring part one of the new series on us.

Here is some speculation... If a new book comes out:
- 12 year old boys will squeal with joy. - My best friend will "read" the book (which means his lazy ass will buy the book on tape and "listen" to it. I'm not kidding). - I will laugh at any person over the age of 12 reads it. (Anyone who goes to see the eventual movie will also be laughed at by yours truly.) - My gaydar will begin to go nuts. - jerseykrs will cry tears of joy. What a sissy. - I will still have no idea what the fuck this stupid little wizard kid does other than look like a complete tool and give 12 year old boys blue balls.

Since most of the people reading these books are adults, (regardless of RODook's displeasure), it would be smart for J.K. Rowling to continue the series in a more "adult" fashion. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

Just because you have a 10 year old it still doesn't explain why you go to see them by yourself.

I'm a Harry Potter fan and last I checked I was over 12yo, but hell Dook and I have to disagree on SOMETHING. I think Rowling does need to take time to plot where the series will go. In book 7 I think it will be revealed that Snape is the threat to Voldemort, not Harry. I am definately interested to see what happens next. ![]() I'm firmly planted in denial

I think Dumbledore's not really dead. If he is it's like Gandalf the Grey. Snape may be good after all, as well.
I found the end of the last one hard to believe, obviously! Check this song out at:
