Can someone direct me on how to change the tone of an entire image.... I couldn't figure it out (obviously - couldn't get the skin tones to match)...

In photoshop it is Under Image > adjust > color or contrast.
It would be easier to adjust the head to the correct color while it is a layer on the image. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
