I don't know why she does these things to me.

We were out shopping and I was at the checkout placing all the stuff on the belt for the girl to scan. Mia was standing right in front of the checkout girl holding a bag of jelly beans.
I said "Give the lady the jelly beans so she can scan it Mia".
Then she said, at the top of her voice, "That's not a lady.....that's a man/lady!"






Granted the girl wasn't extremely atractive, but I wouldn't have gone that far myself.

I was sooooo embarressed for the girl.
Everything happened in slow motion for me. I could see Mia saying the words and I had my hand rushing out to stop her but I was moving too slow.

See this brings up a great theory of mine. I don't include myself in this statement of course. But when people grow up they get less blunt. We should be just like we all were as children blunt and honest reguardless. Makes shit easy.

My wife's cousin has a similar story. Her daughter who was about 5 at the time met up with a friend of hers who was black. He greeted her with "Hey, Popcorn!" (she has curly hair) So what does she reply with? "Hey, Chocolate!" My wife's cousin felt soooo embarrased...the boy's parents were right there, too.
