THAT WAS LIKE THE BEST EPISODE EVER (after the pilot)...amazing how they condensed 48 days into one hour, whereas, it took forever with the other survivors...murder, intrique, mayhem---i kinda slacked off the show last year, but i'm hooked again!

It was probably as Harrowing as the pilot, I thought. Loved the beginning...Like a Corona commercial...then crash! & splash! and Screams! I loved the Bernard part int he trees with the dead body next to him. I'll have to watch it again. I missed a lot.

That was a great episode. It had me jumpin all over the place. It's so interesting how they were able to get 48 days in one episode and yet for me, I had no problem following their story. Now next week is what I'm really looking forward to.

The entire episode was strange, it was like the series started all over again. THe writing was excellent.

How did they obtain the list of names?

Did they get it from Ethan? The guy that was with Anna, ( the one that shared the fruit with her) said he was from Canada. Ethan told Hurley that he was from Ontario.

You mean Nathan? Yeah Canada is getting some mentions, that's for sure. He obtained the list of names just by knowing them. There were only 23 survivors and by the time they got to the last nine there were only about 17 or so. Not hard to get a list together of names.

I'm just waiting to find out that Oceanic was involved with the crash somehow.

I hate that ana bitch! her character is over the top....at this point I'm hoping she either chills the F out or gets killed off the show. That part where she took the radio and said it was them...ugh! I wanted to smack her! I think she's the equiv of Syiad (sp?) I think she's and american special agent of some sort...an assassin for the CIA or something like that.

so the others take the "good people"...ok..what's that supposed to mean...they haven't taken any of the other survivors so...are they all "bad people"??? I love this show!

I was telling my girlfriend that it would have been cool if they could have spent the entire second season only dealing with the new group of survivors and had them meet up with the year one survivors in year 3. There is no the other actors would have gone for it and it may have hurt the ratings but artistically it would have been awesome.

well, that was the best episode so far this season...

although i still hate the fact that the island becomes more populated with every episode...

part of why i liked it to begin with was a small number of people on the island

AWESOME episode! I agree, the writing was above-par. Also, the editing between days was really clean. I can't wait for next week...but if Anna ends up killing Sayid I will be pissed. I wish she had not have killed Shannon, just shot her. It made me so sad for Sayid, one of my favorite characters. Anna is not going to be accepted by the other characters...she is in some shit now. I think she used to be in the Army or something.

It will be nice to see everyone reunite! Now they are a band of survivors pitted against the Others. I wonder what other dynamics the show has up its sleeve...a Survivor vs. Other battle can only stay fresh for so long. I'm still waiting to see an episode from the other side of the world -- in LA or Sydney, where people or airline officials are trying to figure out where the hell their family/friends have disappeared.

Does anyone remember Ethan, the original Other? Did he ever tell them where he was from? Was it also Canada?

Yes it will be great to see everyone unite...however it will dash a lot of folks hope and will reveal that the others got what they came for.

Expect more from the Swan Station in upcoming episodes...I know Marvin Candle (the guy in the orientation film) makes a reappearance and so does Desmond.
