7, but I try for 8. Usually in blocks of 3 and 4.

6 or 7 hours depending on how late I stay up playing Star Wars: Battlefront on the computer.

Lately no more than five hours proberly...

I average 'bout 7 hours of sleep per night.
When my girlfriends spends the night
it goes down to 'bout 6 hours, 56 minutes.

Like 3 hours.

Between how little I sleep and how much I smoke, I'm probably gonna look 50 by the time I'm 25.

I sleep 7 hours each night, and I get ill because 7 hours is not enough for me.
I need at least 8, even 9. Every week I try to have at least one night when I sleep for 12 hours, if I don't get this, it won't work.

This is one of my greatest frustrations... it would be so nice to only need 6 hours each night and be fresh and shining the morning after.

Generally between 7-9. In the winter it might be 9-10. I need lots of sleep.
