I took some chicken out of the freezer

and I couldn't separate the fillets, so now I have all this defrosted chicken with no idea what to cook. What can I make with it all? (that is not too hard) sigh it's about 600g of breast meat.

Please help sad

Soak some of the chicken breasts in buttermilk overnight if you can...then season it with pepper, season salt (not a lot), and a little garlic and red pepper. Wrap the chicken inside a foil envelope, putting a teaspoon of flour inside first. Cut up some veggies, maybe onion, green pepper, etc, and put that in the foil envelope along with the chicken...then cook the whole shibang for around 40 minutes or so. Slap some vegemite on it and enjoy. thumbs up!

(*vegemite suggestion is not really recommended...)

Next time lay the chicken out on a cookie sheet and freeze the pieces individually, then throw them together into a bag/tupperware. I've also learned this the hard way. lol

Just chop it up into little pieces and fry it with some red curry paste and a can of bamboo shoots. Maybe add some green pepper if you want. It's easy and delicious.
