Weekdays-6 hours
Weekends-I sleep long as hell, maybe 10 hours. Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U. | |

I try to shoot for 7
but it typically ends up being 5 or 6. I know its not healthy but any more if I get 8 hours i feel more tired the next day , I have my body trained on 6 hours i guess I dont feel so bad now after hearing all you guys | |

Between 8-9 hours. I feel much better the next day if I've had a full night's sleep. Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position. |
