So I went to an open house at Minneapolis Community and Technical College tonight. I submitted my application for enrollment. yippy!

I've been delaying going back to school forEVER and while this was only an application, it's nice to know I finally did something about it.

I may just get my generals in and transfer to a 4 year school, or I may actually get a technical degree in Apparel Technology. It's the only program for it in the midwest, apparently. I'd learn industrial sewing, pattern making, computer aided and regular fashion design, etc. I'd LOVE to do that program, but entry level positions in that field make about half what I'm making now, so in a few years I'd be really, really broke. lol. We'll see.

But yay me!

CARRIE. You don't understand how excited I am for you!!!!! Oh my God. I'm a huge fan of fashion. Although I haven't been following it much lately. I love the oldies, MY FAVE IS JOHN GALLIANO. I guess he's doing DIOR right now. I'm also a big fan of "John Galliano light" Alexander McQueen and DOLCE AND GABANNA.

I actually LOOOOOVE all the lovesexy era stuff. I adore the Sign o the Times era stuff too. Watching it recently it made me wanna sew hearts all over everything I own.

If you're planning on taking any english courses, you've got to look for anything taught by Micheal Seward. I took three english courses with him, and I really enjoyed them all.

Parke Kunkle's Astronomy 1110 course is also a lot of fun.
