What Do You Do 4 EXERCISE? Do You EXERCISE EVERY DAY?

Do you go to the GYM? Use BIKES,SKATE? SWIM? Do U also Count CARBS?

i go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week - it's become something that's just part of my regular routine these days, like brushing my teeth or making my bed. i like to do a mile or two on the ellipticals, then i try to do 4 or 5 different weight machines. as for diet, i'm a vegetarian, but i don't think i really adhere to any kind of strict "diet" other than that. i just listen to my body. i let myself eat crap when i REALLY want it, but i don't go on extended binges and i don't keep snacks in the house...if i want junk food, i have to make the effort to go out and get it. and usually, my lazy ass will just stay in and munch on a slice of bread rather than go out and buy a carton of whoppers.

I do not go to the gym or work out. I should because I can work out free at work. Plus, the weather is nice enough to run everyday. I guess I do not make it a priority.

I've been doing video exercises.

I do kickboxing for about thirty minutes, and then Body of Steel for another hour.

Gym 1 or 2 (3 at a push) times a week, mostly just to sit my fat ass in the steam room fart

and walk to and from the station everyday at both ends of my journey.

I do NOT count anything, food is there to be enjoyed, not analysed, moderate exercise and I can eat and drink what the fuck I like drool

Yes,Videos work especially when VULGAR PEOPLE are at YOUR GYM like MINE WERE. I HAD to CANCEL BECAUSE of ILL PEOPLE that WORKEd there and CUSTOMERS with STEALING.

that's why i don't go to a bally's or anywhere that people go to socialize and show off. i like to work out in order to feel better and get out stress - it makes me feel amazingly less like crap than i would feel otherwise. i'm lucky - my gym is a little independently-owned place that really only gets frequented by housewives and professional bodybuilders. it's not a pick-up spot or a social club.

I ran a half marathon last year. Training for that was really fun. Then I sprianed my ankle and couldn't work out for months. THen I gained the 15 I lost back and here we are again! smile But... I've always worked out regularly since I was 12. I miss my gym..I cut that out when money got tight. I'm blessed to live in South, it's pretty mild during the winter... I can put on some sweats and hit the trail! Not too much snow! YAY!! smile

I must burn this 15 off! DAMMIT!!!!!

I run 5 or 6 days a week (maybe 3 to 8 miles) with a long run (10-20 miles) every Sunday. I train for marathons and USUALLY a nice long run is pretty relaxing and I USUALLY feel great after..

I also try to go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week to work with weights but my back has been aching so I've been slipping at that a little bit the last couple of weeks.

Exactly, I HATE WHEN GUIDOS ACT all STUPID and I Always Walk Everywhere and I do Bike RIDING and I DO 1 Hr with Tapes and I do WEIGHTS. I Hate PEOPLE at the GYM WITh ATTITUDES or PUSHINg YOU to get a TRAINER. PLUS I HATE BODYBUILDER TYPES. THESE GUYS are RETARDED and THINK YOU NEED to BUFF YOURSELF UP. I am NOT into these SHORT BODYBUILDERS with FILTHY MOUTHS that is WHAT was at my local GYMS..REAL LOW CLASS GARBAGE or you get these SKANKY GIRLs who EYEBALL ya and Tell ya THEIR OPINION and EYEBALL YOUR JEWELRY Cause they are JEALOUS OF YOU being THIN. I Don't NEED That ATMOSPHERE. N.Y. was SO PROFESSIONAL the GYMS where I LIVE NOW have LOW CLASS APPEAL... They are acting like GANGSTER ASSHOLES at MY EX GYM...Give me a BREAK. I have a free gym membership through work, but am terrified 2 use it. I do however walk/jog (mix-it up) 3 miles a day, everyday. I also do crunches. I watch what I eat by going low cal/low carb and avoiding sweets, save special occasions. On the weekends I get 2 b a little bad and have fries of the like.

I am very far from the days I spent wrestling in high school and college. My entire life focused around making weight. I worked out constantly and knew exactly what I weighed every second of the day. I need to find that type of discipline again.
