I see plenty of women that don't have big asses. Smaller asses than mine. So the whole "women are meant to have bigger asses then men" is bull. It looks funny when you see a couple walking down the street and the woman's ass is bigger than then the guys. Does not look right.

Yes I could afford to loose some weight. Problem is that even tho Prince said it aint' ova, theres been no dance parties for a very long time. Now thats' what I call good exercise. So what I gained in the weight loss department is now gain of another kind. What'd he say? What wasn't ova?

At 185 pounds and 6 feet 2 inches tall I have a body mass index of 23.8.

An adult with a body mass index between 18.5 and 24.9 is considered to have a healthy bmi.

omg Wow, I would LOVE to be a size 4, but I guess I shouldn't complain much, since I currently am a size 6. I lost around 64 pounds within the last year by exercising and eating better (no junk food!). It was not easy, but it had to be done, since I did not like how I looked or felt. Now people are constantly telling me how good I look and they're shocked when I tell them how much weight I've lost. I still eat like I'm on a diet, and mostly eat fruits and vegetables, with a little bit of meat and bread thrown in for good measure. Once your metabolism slows down (mine did at age 25!) dieting and exercising becomes a way of life, unfortunately, and there's no way around it.

I had the same thing going on until I was layed off at IBM and got a desk job at my current occupation. I've gained 10 to 15 lbs. since then. Not too bad, but I'd rather be as thin as I was then.

Co-sad Soda is one thing I just cannot get off of, even though I have cut out all of the other bad stuff out of my diet. Think I need to make a New Year's resolution to cut out soda and just drink water from now on!

Yeah, I have the exact same problem, and I'm not sure why. I've never been pregnant or had a kid, but I have this little pocket of fat on my abdomen that I cannot get rid of, no matter what I eat. Us women seem to just be prone to that, the same way guys are prone to getting a beer belly. giggle I need to add doing sit-ups as my other New Years resolution, get those abdomenal muscles tightened up.

I am at 120 right now, which is quite a bit for being 4'11". However, when I graduated from college five months ago, I weighed 145! omfg

I dropped all that weight by just cutting down my portions to half and steering clear of the shit that's no good for me. I also eat more vegetables and fruits and exercise to keep healthy. I feel much better about myself in every way. I've come to realize that even when I was in my most fit stage of life I was never waif thin. I've always had extra meat. I've come to terms with that's just how I am - that's what my body type is. And I'm fine with it. Anyone who is not can fuck off. biggrin

well, actually i lost quite a bit of weight when my father died four years ago... didn't even try to lose weight much back then either, it just came off. sad but exercising helped me get out of feeling so sad after his death and i've stayed with it since then so..

i admit - i have rotten taste in food. i LOVE chips and other bad foods. i have to work at eating right and working out. can't wait until someone invents a negative calorie potato chip!!!!! big grin

hug Sorry to hear about your dad passing away, that's never easy! I love bad food too, a potato chip with no calories sounds great! Too bad they can't come up with something that you can eat that does not make you gain weight (besides the usual fruits, vegetables and water).

But women are curvy. Our hips are naturally wider than a mans hips, so it's not exactly a crime if our asses are or appear to be bigger/more round/feminine than a mans. We're just more ample in that area than a man is (usually).

Do you dislike curvy women? You like them super skinny? Oh wait, you like Paris Hilton - maybe I just answered my own question confused

A woman can have curves without having a big ass. I see them all the time. I have been with them.

I don't see a 12 year old boy when i see Paris.

Me and my friends met a person she works her with a couple months ago and she said Paris is a smart business woman and the persona she puts on her tv show and in public is an act because it makes her lots of money and her fans eat up that persona.
