Don't get me started. I finally started a dancing-course in September but I had to quit because I really can't combine it with the job I'm doing, my relationship and the Portuguese course I'm taking. So I quit. And here I am, been fighting against all kinds of illnesses for a long time. My immune-system is almost non-existent at the moment I'm afraid. But I do walk about 3 kilometres a day. Someboyd please tell me this counts as well.

I run a couple times a week. I recently ran a 12k for the first time in a year. Exercise for me is also a chance to get outside. I don't really like gyms.
Yoga's the best all around exercise I've done, but not as intense as running or weights. It's more of a life thing than a toning or weight loss thing. Check this song out at:

lovemachine said: I run 5 or 6 days a week (maybe 3 to 8 miles) with a long run (10-20 miles) every Sunday. I train for marathons and USUALLY a nice long run is pretty relaxing and I USUALLY feel great after..
I also try to go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week to work with weights but my back has been aching so I've been slipping at that a little bit the last couple of weeks. That is amazing! your long run was like getting to know Jesus on the trail that infamous day! I did it once and you do it once a week. Wow!! You must have awesome legs

Dance class (www.apastudios.com. Come take with me!...if you happen to be in the area).
On top of that, 200-400 crunches per day (broken up in sets of 128, broken up in sets of 32), 40-60 pushups (sets of 20). Squeak

I workout a minimum of three times a week. Weights and cardio.
I don't "count" carbs, but I do limit my intake of them because I'd rather do that than spend hours on a treadmill (for example). Everybody wants to look cut and that ain't gonna happen if you're suckin' back the carbs.
