It is highly unlikely any girl from this show will ever become a "top model"; the stigma of being a reality show contestant will always be attached to them. Elyse from Cycle 1 seems to be some kind of supermodel in Hong Kong, but that's as far as it goes. There is no "support system" that can make anyone in the industry hire these girls.

As for Adrianne, Tyra is pissed with her for devaluing the ANTM brand by going on The Surreal Life.

Janice left for greener pastures (at least that's what she thought). She was on the last season of The Surreal Life and made a total ass of herself. She did cameo on this cycle of ANTM as a photog on one of the shoots.

There is no conspiracy here. These shows are so paranoid about tampering charges (witness the American Idol scandal) that there is no way they would risk what you are accusing them of. If Cover Girl or P&G insisted on input into choosing the winner, they would just stick them on the panel and no one would have a problem with that.
