Yes!!! It is Joan!!! I just saw that on another website!
Joan Cusak...she's one of the voices in Chicken Little. She was also the cowgirl's voice in Toy Story 2.  Now I can relax...I hate it when I blank on a celebrity's name when I know I know it!
