Light Up The Sky with........................Brother Redwood???????????? Hi Everyone... 
.....Just popping by to let you know of the antics last night... 
(I would have been earlier, but we've been busy recovering) 
It all started when we all decided to have a firework display..... 
...We all gathered together....This time Oakwood and Sister Cherrywood came with us ... 
We went for a stoll to let the fireworks off safely..... ..Here we all are... 
It was a pleasant walk ...even if it was a little wet and windy....Brrrrr It was also good for us all to be together....nothing could go wrong.... 
....But wait a minute....where has Brother Redwood gone..... 
No one saw him sneak off....

Aaaahhhhh.....There he is ....
Oh dear.....What's he up to..... 
Oh Geez..... 
No Brother Redwood ....It's not halloween now...
Meanwhile..... The crowd Cheerd.... 
and the band played on

Pa explained it all to him .....and Ma suggested that Brother Redwood go and sort a firework for himself.....
...I think she should have chosen her words a little more carefully...  
In the meantime....we took the Children to see the fireworks.....just look at their little faces.....  
As Pa and I lit the fireworks... (now you all know that fireworks should be lit by responsible adults....don't you boys and girls) 
But brother Redwood has been gone sometime now....what is he doing I wonder...
Pa and I go to find him! Meantime the crowd cheers.... 
and the band plays .."Long Live Rock and Roll"

It isn't long before we find him.....
I knew Ma should have chosen her words more carefully....
...The firework he decided to sort for himself is.....a Rocket ....Not a normal Rocket..... This one he can climb into .... 
...and that's just what he's doing as we find him.... 
We shout to him not to get in.....:shout: ....But he doesn't hear us...
No Brother Redwood.....Don't light the fuse..... 
Too Late.... 
He blasts off.....we all watch as he heads skywards....Higher and higher....
...Let's just hope and pray he will be safe...

.....Ahem..... We all gaze skyward.....and wait... ....And wait..... and wait..... For what seems like an eternity.... Meanwhile ... The crowd is getting restless... 
and the band plays on.... 
Further skyward we look ...with hopeful anticipation As Redwoods Rocket gets even higher 
Them BANG 
There is an explosion 
Nooooo!!!!! ....This is our worst fear 
All we can do is go inside and console each other 
HEY!!! You two.....I said console!!!!...
That's better..... What do we do now though?....

....Ahem.... . We All gather to try and take in what has just happened
....Then....despite the crowd Cheering... 
..and yeah...you guessed.....The band Playing...
We hear the shouts of a familiar voice in the distance outside...
...We all run outside.....But see nothing...
....Yet we can hear the shouts of what sounds to be Brother Redwood... But where is it coming from.....and how...His rocket blew up in front of our eyes..... 
Then we gaze up..... OMG....Look who it is.... 
His ejector seat must have fired him out before the explosion...
Never before have we been happier to hear the crowds cheer.... 
and the band play on....

Now Brother Redwood is back safely on the ground we finish off watching the fireworks....
Then head off for the warmth of home.... Where Ma Rosewood begins preparing supper... Brother Redwood goes with her too so he stays out of trouble....
The sausage sizzle away nicely ... 
as the crowd cheers.....
and the band Play on.... 
Soon the food is served.....all washed down with Lashings and Lashings of Irn Bru...
Brother Redwood munches into the sausages..... 
Finally we tuck into some Treacle Candy....especially excavated from the mine for today...
It's good to see Brother Redwood safe and happy again....
The crowd is Cheering...
and the band is playing....
