Physcial ideal? A toss up between Britney, Paris Hilton, Kate Hudson, Uma Thurman and Isla Fisher. They all have the physcial qualities i look for in a woman. As far as personality you can only go by the personality they show on tv which is not always accurate to what they are really like. So that one is hard to say.
