Long Nail Stiumulant

For you smart people out there... I can't quite remember what it is... but I know there is this viatimin or drug or something that its not really meant for it but somehow magically it does anyway.. I think pregnant women take it. It makes your nails grow quickly and incredibly long. Anybody have any idea what it may be?

Yeah I've heard that about prenatal vitamins and gelatin promoting nail and hair growth. Vitamin B-2 is good for that too. The feeling of long nails makes my skin crawl. That's why I keep them pretty short.....a little too short at times to the point where you can see the skin. redface I just tend to go overboard with it sometimes.

For strong healthy nails, biotin-rich foods such as eggs, soy, whole grains and liver will do the job. Our nails require foods rich in sulphur minerals like apples, cucumbers, grapes, garlic, asparagus and onions as well. Its good to get an approproate amount of essential fatty acids in your diet as well. U can find these in foods like nuts, seeds, tuna and salmon. U must properly care for your cuticles as well or your wasting your time.

I wouldnt take any drugs. Healthy nails can be attained through proper diet and maintenance.

If you are short in protein internally then that will help. External use of protein is a myth as are all the nail strengtheners.

Solar oil and the others work wonders for dryness and give the illusion of greater nail health (mainly by dealing with the cuticle issues)

The bottom line is if you are born with frail nails they will remain so with the exception of artificial enhancements.

Natural nail care is a lot of work. It takes weekly proper maintenance.

My nailz started 2 grow again about 5 or 6 monthz ago- this time with no assistance from any nail hardener!! I barely put anything on my nailz and I don't have any time either!! The nailz on my little fingerz seem to be my target for biting disbelief but the rest of them are long and strong!! I kinda wanna trim them cause im a fast typer and the nails feel like they prohibit me in some way.At the same time i like the way they look. I'll wait till exam period is over and trim them me thinkz nod geek lol (not that it takes too much time but im particular about cutting them properly so they keep to their natural shape!)
