who's responsible? (punk a** kids)

I just got a call from my 12 year old. 3 punk ass kids from his 2nd period class took his binder and flushed it down the toilet (they tried anyway). I just bought that binder 3 days ago. My son said he tried to tell the staff/security on grounds, but they all said the same thing..."sorry, we cant help you". WTF???? This binder was not cheap! Im fumming!!! So, I called the school. Let them know how I felt. I also told them that these kids will be responsible for replacing the binder. If the school does not talk to them, I will go to my child's PE class, and wait for all 3 boys. I not a parent who puts up with this shit. I dont want to do anything that might embarass my boy, but shit, these punk kids need to know they cant get away with crap like this. I feel that if my child did something like this, that I would be held responsible, what do you think???
Say it's just a dream...
U open up ur eyes and come 2 realize
u simply imagined this
So u lean over and give her a kiss
Here on earth, here on earth,
with u it's not so bad
Here on earth, here on earth
eye don't feel so sad

would never assult them, but I wonder sometimes about other people's children. My son knows better than to do shit like this. Out of respect for me, and himself, he knows better. Do parents really care about what their kids do and how they act? I really do believe that kids would respect others if they are thought to do so at home. Im not perfect with my kids, not by a long shot. But my kids know how important it is to be well mannered, especially at school.

I wouldn't confront the boys - your son might get teased even more. I'd talk to their parents first. They're responsible for those MFers, see what they have to say.

And the school should be ashamed - whatever happened to old fashioned discipline?

ur right. Bringing ur parent in is the worst thing u could do (iam afraid)

everyone is so fucking uptight about smacking now that teachers can't never even grab a kid if they are setting fire to them for reasons of possible abuse.

Its fucked up. Teachers have got their hands tied when it comes to punishment. I dont want teachers to ever punch or kick a child, but even a grab could be deemed as an offence.

Things done changed. Back in my Catholic school days, unruly kids got their asses whipped - first by the nuns, then by the parents who had to leave work and pick them up from school. That kept me in line. I did NOT want my father coming to pick me up for doing dumb sh!t in school.

Make enough noise at school. Trust me crazy parents who show up at schol at 8:00 demanding to see the principal get their way EVERY time!

I hate little fuckers like that. pissed
Poor kid. sad

Oh and tell the principal you are gonna go to the board of ed and you want job descriptions for the security gaurds ( get those people's names!) and threaten to sue the school for not protecting your boy from harrassment.

They'll be shitting bricks and do what ya want. thumbs up!

THEN demand the school call the shithead kids' parents in for a confrence with you and tell them if those boys ever come near your kid again there will be hell to pay.

smile

I raised hell. I called the principal explained to her what happen. I told her i wanted this issue resolved ASAP. I told her that if i didnt see results and get a conference with the kids' parents I would go to the district. And if that didnt work, i would seek legal help. My child should not be harassed, and feel scared if he says anything. and when he does, he get no help at all.
