New Beginnings -- here's to our furry friends Last year, as I was getting ready to move, I had to have my dachshund put to sleep. He had health problems, and I had no options. He was a good boy, and I miss him still.
Well, today, I walked into a pet store and saw a doxie pup. He and his brother share a crate in the store. If I had $1,500, I'd buy both. As it is, I could only bear to play with one. This little fella looks like him a bit. 
I'm thinking the end of the year will see me buying either a doxie or a black cat. Here's to all us pet lovers, God bless us.  | |

  for us animal lovers, we rock! Sorr to hear about you having to put your dog to sleep, that's never easy. But I'm happy that you found a new puppy. Unfortunately, I can't see the picture you posted, but I'm sure he's cute.RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |
