Anybody Know Any Good Hair Treatments for FRIED ,BLEACHED Hair?

My hair has been 13 colors in 2 years. It's very Dried Out any Good Ideas for Reconditioning it back to HEALTHY?

and this shit is amazing! Just rub a penny size drop of it from root to tip after you blow dry it:



But honestly the best thing you can do is get a good hair cut, there really is no way to repair damaged hair.
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

I messed my hair up being cheap and hardheaded trying to dye it myself. doh! It's back to a healthy state now. It's not as long as it used to be though....but I like the length that it is now, so I might leave it like this for a while. I'll wait a while before I dye it again.

Bleaching my hair was such a stupid mistake. It doesn't pick up brown dye very well (it turns green) and it's brittle and gross. I tried cutting most of it off but now I'm growing it out so that plan won't work. But then I look at photos of me with blonde hair and think, sigh, maybe I should do it again.
I mean, like, where is the sun?
