Sex addiction to one person (co worker question)

How the hell can u get over having sex with someone!!! It is like a drug addiction. You need it and if u don't have it u start to shake and feel ansy. How can you get over it and meeting people is not the answer. That has been tried already and she is not interested. What do i tell her??

Yeah, you're in serious trouble right now...

I mean "sex addiction", the horror of having to have sex all the time instead of not getting it... how does one survive it?

You could make a daily commitment to someone you trust that you will not have sex with your co-worker. Don't think of it as never having sex with that person again, just think that you won't have sex with them today.

Talk to the trusted person daily about what you are thinking and feeling.

Don't have contact with the co-worker unless necessary.

When you get through the withdrawal tell the co-worker anything you feel is appropriate regarding your situation.

If that doesn't work you could always go back to screwing them. Up to you handsum man!

NEVER get involved with co-workers.....
Say it's just a dream...
U open up ur eyes and come 2 realize
u simply imagined this
So u lean over and give her a kiss
Here on earth, here on earth,
with u it's not so bad
Here on earth, here on earth
eye don't feel so sad
Stay right here

Try maturing a little and not getting hung up on someone just for sex.

Have you ever thought about taking a break from having sexual relationships and getting to know yourself? It can do wonders for your psyche and "addiction".
