I worked until 5 and then I went here!

It was a huge haunted house, all pirate themed. Lots of fun and even a little scary. A rather sexy pirate kept hitting on me throughout the night, haha redface

Then I came home and ate candy with my sister while we watched House of 1000 Corpses. And here I am.
I mean, like, where is the sun?

I wanted to go to a haunted house but I was too exhausted from work and school. pout

I got halloween jolly rancher lollipops to give to the kiddies, but not a one trick or treater came, probably due to the scary abandoned mansion-like atrocity next door to me. pout

I took Darth Vader (my son won't give up Darth Vader) to a "Angel Night" party at our church. I was totally impressed with this party. A bounce house, race car track, video games, and carnival games! Plus two tons of candy!! We never had parties like that when I was a kid!

lol I was on it! About halfway through, to the left of the guy holding the George Bush poster, right after the metrocard man.

Only for like 5 seconds, but I was excited. boxed

I went trick or treating with 2 friends who were over. It was pretty quiet, and we noticed only like 7 kids had come to the door in almost 2 hours. Knowing my neighbourood is full of old people who go all out on the candy and there aren't too many kids to take advantage of it we decided we'd go. Someone's gotta take care of all that sugar, dammit.

We threw together some impromptue costumes and hit the streets. In less than an hour our bags were brimming. Among the standard Halloween fare were full-sized chocolate bars, cans of pop, and bags of chips and popcorn. biggrin

We were a sight, two 20 year olds and a 19 year old trick or treating. But it was fun. A good night.

When we finished up we came back to the house and did the traditional dumping-of-the-candy-on-the-floor and divvied it up between the 3 of us as we watched the classic Batman movie. (wee! Adam West and Burt Ward -my heroes!) batman

Halloween is grand. pumpkin
