Take your butt to bed right after under HEAVY covers so you can sweat out that yuchy virus when you wake up the next day you should have skipped the achy bone suffering phase and proceeded to the nose blowing slight cough phase... good luck! | |

Steep 3-4 sprigs of fresh Thyme---it's in the lemon and mint families---in a cup of hot water for about 10 minutes, sip...
Eat spoonfuls of raw honey... This should help you expectorate the mucus/virus that's trying to set up into your system and cause you to have a cold. Get well | |
