Steve Spurrier...Perhaps the Greatest man in the History of the World

I would like to dedicate this post to one of the greatest human beings to ever walk the Blue Planet, Steve Spurrier. Steve Spurrier has taken my beloved but hopelessly South Carolina Gamecocks and turned them into legitimate contender. Last night, he took the football team into the unfriendly confines of Tennessee's Neyland Satdium and he destroyed the hopes and dreams of 107,000 rabid Volunteer fans. The 16-15 win was USC's first victory EVER at Tennessee.

Steven Orr Spurrier...thank you.

I've noticed that so far there has been very little (okay no) response to my assertion of Dteve Spurrier being one of the most important human beings in the history of the earth. I have deduced that this mass silence implies comeplete and total agreement. So for all of you who loved Steve, here are some pics to enjoy.

I think the reason why people don't care might be because there are a lot of secret Clemson Tiger fans on the Org. Jealous of the greatness that is Steven Orr Spurier.

It is a moral imperative. Please do some internet research on him right now. Otherwise, my book "Steve Spurrier: Perhaps the Greatest Man Ever" will be coming out early next year.

How did he fair against Tom Osbourne and Nebraska in 94?

I'm not familliar with that game. I can only assume Mr. Spurrier threw it to lead people off the trail of his perfect nature. People fear great men like Spurrier so had he won 10 national championships, as he could have easily done, he might have been burned at the stake.

Spurrier prefers to work with untainted college athletics than the mercenary ball that is the NFL. And sometimes suckiness is so great (i.e. Washington the last 20 years) that even the greatest can't lift them from their level of suckitude.

Steve belongs in college ball...next stop the White House.

i know... sigh i thought i had made it out safely 13 years ago.

my husband's company is moving into a new building just across the state line, and since i'm working from home now, we might as well cut down on his commute.

i'll survive... hopefully! pray
