I can Make just about anything if I have the time. Right now it's Microwave and I am contemplating baking some pies for Thanksgiving.

When I actually make the effort--and that's 99% of the battle--I make some reallllly good chili, meatloaf, corned-beef w/ veggies stew and pasta dishes. Winter comfort food.

I made some great moussaka a few weeks ago. I like to make chicken kiev, any kind of fish. I love to cook!

I do cook ...and it depends on if I'm cooking for myself or for someone else. In general, though, I don't have a favorite dish to make...

My best dishes are handmade gyoza, tonkatsu, chicken adobo, and spaghetti sauce. I also make a really good apple pie!

I tried making my own beef stroganoff this afternoon but in the end it tasted sub-Hamburger Helper quality.

Quiet as kept, I turn into Holly Housewife when I'm in a relationship and be F#$KING it up in the kitchen! Right now my claim to fame is cheesecake. Especially sweet potato cheesecake. In fact my cupcake's family has requested it for this year's Turkey Day. His favorite dessert is cheesecake so I broke out the skills only after we'd been dating after 10 months. After that I had him!! (I think that's how I reeled him in...besides the.....you know what else )I've made a Thanksgiving dinner a couple of times. My turkey improves every year. My sister and I really made a rightous bird on Christmas.
