I keep a notebook. I take very careful notes after each and every encounter, and fully analyze the results. (It can be a bit embarrassing whenI pull out my little light up pen and put on my reading specs after, but it's alwasy worth the effort.) I've also got a whole grading system worked out which is pretty comprehensive, looking at several different categories. If a guy can't maintain at least a B+ average overall, he's out the door.

The most important criteria are chemistry, presence, and a synergistic response to my every gasp or move. Followed force/strength then maybe size. See men, size is NOT the most important thing.
