Eddie wasn't funny in it. Kadeem Hardison was kind of funny in it but Eddie just looked glum. That was truly a "paycheck" movie. The movie's tone is all screwed up and how in the world did Angela Bassett agree to star in that piece of crap. Did not enjoy it at all.

Well obviously we all are intittled to our own opinion. I think the movie was good, from the perpective me and other folks over here.

Eddie´s " God is eeevil !" speech was priceless. lol

That's my favorite from the soundtrack.

Yeah, I've always loved The Doors, and ever since I saw Lost Boys, I can't listen to that song w/out thinking of the movie. nod

I'm going to listen to it now....

Dracula is probably my favorite out of all the horror movie characters. I can't get enough of those movies, but I like mostly the ones that came prior to the 90's.

Dracula (1979) - Frank Langella, Sir Laurence Olivier

Interview With the Vampire (the only recent exception)

The Lost Boys - droolfest for teenage girls in that day

Dracula - Bela Lugosi (his voice fit the role)

Love At First Bite - George Hamilton (Fav. cheezy disco-y vampire movie with great cameos)

Seriously, I thought 'Blade II' was better than 'Blade'. I haven't seen 'Trinity' yet.

I'm surprised so many people like 'Lost Boys'. I thought it was too goofy.

If you wanna go Classic...

...Bela Lugosi was the architect of the suave Vampire character.

The movies went from the sublime...

Dracula - 1931
Mark of the Vampire - 1935
The Return of the Vampire - 1944
Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein - 1948

...to the ridiculous

Barnabas Collins...

...was a pretty cool looking vampire.

Never really watched the show myself but knew some folks that were pretty much hooked on that Gothic soap opera.

I prefer the classic movies. The C. Lee / P. Cushing movies, the B. Lugosi's original, Nosferatu (the classic one)....

They're cartoony and violent. First one was okay, second one was great, third one...eh.

When the vampires come to this house is one of the best scenes ever!!!

THANK YOU FOR MENTIONING "VAMP"!!!

I was just trying to think of that movie ... all I could remember is that it had Grace Jones in it. And Grace doesn't play when it comes to terror!

That movie is so enthralling!!!

Remember when she was on top of the man, riding him having sex and then she kills him? haha! Didn't she reach in and pull out his heart? I've got to go rent that.

It's based on the old Marvel comic character from the 70s--a guy who is half human, half vampire.

Martin Landau played him perfectly in Tim Burton's 'Ed Wood'. He deserved the Oscar for that.

If we're going to get into TV shows...

Anyone remember Kindred: The Embraced?

To me, the absolute best was Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

Creator Joss Whedon can do no wrong in my eyes.
