Light or Dark Chicken, turkey, any meat of course!!!
What are your favorite parts to eat? Is there an order? Burnt to a crisp or with a little redness to it? I prefer dark pieces because they are juicier. The breast takes requires too much chewing, and it's much drier so I don't that part as much. Start with the wing and move up to the thighs. Turkey legs are tough and the wing tends to not have as much meat. Turkey necks are tricky...so many bones, but I'll still eat it. I like it all but I do perfer dark meat

I'm a bit squeamish about poultry, the smaller the bird the less likely I am to eat it. No quails or pigeons for me! 
On a chicken I'll only eat the breast part, but on the turkey I don't mind, I actually like turkey chops. | |

I like a bit of ballance, bit of both, but never dry and overcooked, the jucier the better.
