Ex-Moderator | Happy Halloween!! I'm having a punkin carving party tomorrow night. We're gonna carve jack-o-lanterns and watch scary movies and drink yummy hot cider laced w/apple brandy and roast pumpkin seeds. And everyone can meet my new kitty. Maybe we'll even finally name her. I'm SO excited! What are ya'll doing for Halloween? |

I have a couple parties to go to this weekend. On the actual day me and my friends are all getting dressed up and will terrorize Providence in some way shape or form. We're all dressing up as our names...I'm going as "Carrie" (obviously) "Wednesday"(Adam's Family), Lizzie (Lizzie Borden), Little Orphan ANNIE and we're stuck for Christine. She can't really dress up as a car!

That would be good, but you'd have to have started on the costume a long time ago already. "I saw a woman with major Hammer pants on the subway a few weeks ago and totally thought of you." - sextonseven

I love roasted pumpkin seeds. I always go to those haunted trails and houses around Halloween, but since Halloween is on Monday, I'll probably go on Saturday. Nothin's better than running through the woods screaming with Leatherface chasing after you with a chainsaw A madman would easily blend in with the setup and really slaughter people going through there....doesn't stop us from going though. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

I remember going on one of those (a haunted hayride in the woods) years ago, and that thought never occurred to any of us unitl my uncle yells out: "You know any old psycho could just come running out of the woods here with a chainsaw and kill us." Weird that it hasn't happened yet though. (not to YOU personally, but just in general I mean ) It's way too far-fetched for something like that to happen in real life I think. knocks on wood Psychotic and/or serial killers take way too much pleasure in stalking and planning their victims most of the time to just run out and kill randomly in front of other people. They like it to be just the two of them present, so they have time to enjoy it. And mass murderers who kill randomly, just go postal and shoot up their place of work first and then just take it out on anyone else who gets in their way before killing themselves most of the time. [Edited 10/27/05 11:00am] I'm suprised it hasn't happened either, you know. It's the perfect setting I guess for those serial killer just starting out You have fake blood spewing all over the place, loud chainsaws, people screaming and running from men in costumes.....it would be hard to kinda decipher what's real and what's fake with all that chaos going on. It's still fun though looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)
