No. Suing poor people won't get you anywhere. Bad idea.

The paper company for not putting a disclaimer on their packages of paper that state that "Paper edges are very dangerous and that one should use extreme caution when handling sheets of paper." (not to mention that they make an enormous sum of money every year)

True story...although it sounds fake..

My wife used to hand out checks at her old work...
She was in a hurry and slid one across her face...
Papercut...ON HER RETINA...YUP, her EYEBALL.

This was about 2 years ago, and it still bothers her
to this day. While she sleeps, her eye dries out
and, if she opens it too quickly, her scar tissue
will rip open and cause plenty-o-pain. She was told
to keep it moistened with eyedrops.
