SassyBritches

tis the season

what is your favorite horror movie? i'm watching scream2 on some network and it reminds me how much i've always loved a good horror movie. especially the franchises, like friday the 13th and halloween and nightmare on elm street. the more ridiculous, the better; jason in space was so bad it was great! which are your favorites and why? my faves are the friday the 13th movies and the halloween movies. there is something very creepy about michael myers.

Great minds think alike. I love THE EXORCIST. I have it memorized. THE OMEN is creepy as hell too. Did you know that the little boy who played Damien is now a lawyer in California. Creepy!!

I love most of the slasher movies. I'm also strangely obsessed with both of the Final Destination movies although I can't watch the plane crash in the first one. It really really really bothered me.

It's very rare that a movie scares me anymore. The last one to do so was Frailty. Scurred me good!

Something Wicked This Way Comes is a great movie, surprisingly creepy for a Disney release. It's on DVD now smile

I am no longer a fan of horror movies. Nowadays they either gross me out or freak me out too much.

The Exorcist is still the scariest damn thing I've ever seen. To this day if I watch it I have nightmares for days. Beyond this film, I really enjoy the Scream movies. Well, I really enjoy 1&2, Scream 3 is kinda worthless except for Parker Posey.

Scream 2 has my all time favorite tense movie moment though. When Sidney and her friend are being driven away by the cops and the cops get killed and Scream-dude gets in the car and crashes it. When they have to crawl out the car over him...DAMN that was good filmmaking right there.

A film i havent seen for years but i seem to remember it being really good was The Gate.

Does anyone remember it? I think it had a young Rob Lowe in it.
Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

A young Stephen Dorf, actually. I thought he was cute then, and I do now. smile
